Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Program.聽The 21st CCLC grant supports the creation of community learning centers that provide academic enrichment opportunities for children during non-school hours. The program helps students meet state and local student standards in core academic subjects, such as reading and math; and offers students a broad array of enrichment activities that can complement their regular academic programs.聽 This notice is not a guarantee that 三级自慰 will be awarded; it is only an indication of intent to apply.
